I remember a time where the words thank you were often uttered. It seems that not only have we forgotten to be courteous, but we’ve also gained a sense of entitlement where we expect much to be given to us. (Even what we do not earn). Something so simple as thanking someone for a favor or small gesture has gone by the wayside.
