Many aspects of life boil down to a numbers game. We often look at numbers or statistics in a negative manner, but as it pertains to success; the numbers typically don’t lie. Take any successful team, whether it be a team of programmers at work that creates an app that changes the world, or a sports team that wins their league’s championship. Those teams are almost always comprised of stars – that outshine many others, workers – that carry the weight and much of the workload, and a small group of “others”, that for all intents and purposes, don’t carry their weight.
