It’s that time of year where we celebrate our graduates! It’s a great time because we have the opportunity to look back and look forward at the same time. Looking back at what was just accomplished, while looking ahead at what’s in store for the future. I think we need to start to look at graduation beyond academics and apply some key principles to other areas in life. Graduation doesn’t have to end with a cap and gown and ceremony at school…
