Talent is defined as: “Natural aptitude or skill.” Based on that definition, we all have talent. God has given everyone some sort of natural aptitude or skill in a particular area. Mine may be different from yours, yours may be different from his or hers, etc. Even in the case where there are people with similar talents, something sets them apart. There is only one Michael Jordan, only one Barack Obama, only one Rev Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., and only one Dr. Charles R. Drew. (if you don’t recognize the last name, do some research, you should know of him!)
When you consider this, you are left with one conclusion – it takes more than talent to succeed, win, and be great! Talent is great, but by itself, it means nothing!
