I’ve often wondered why people chose the profession they’re in or the ministry they’re on, etc. For example, how does someone that’s clearly not a people person, choose a customer-oriented field such as a bank teller or telephone representative? Or how can a person that isn’t very friendly choose a ministry such as an usher or greeter? It almost seems as if it’s a last resort or they’re doing what someone else wants them to do, not something they would particularly care to do. In whatever you venture you do, to be successful – you gotta love it! I understand that due to financial reasons, many of us are working “jobs” and not in “careers”, but that notwithstanding, if we want to yield fruit, be a blessing to others, and be successful, we have to find something we love to do and do it to the best of our abilities.
